Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please ensure that you:

• Select the correct size and color before checkout

• Review your order carefully prior to purchase

Exceptions

We will only replace or refund an item if:

• The item arrives damaged, or

• You receive the wrong item

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photos of the issue are required

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
